Victor J. Stemberger

Vic has over 35 years of experience as a senior executive working with diverse organizations, in both the public and private sectors.
Vic served for over 20 years in the US Army, retiring as a full Colonel in 1992. His Army experience included extensive command and staff positions with information systems and communications organizations, and high-level staff assignments related to leadership development initiatives.
After successfully selling a nutraceutical company he headed as chief executive in 1996, Vic began a career as a group chair and coach with Vistage International, Inc., the world’s largest CEO membership organization. For the next 10 yeas with Vistage, he led peer groups of leading chief executives in the Washington Metro area to discover how to increase their effectiveness while enhancing their lives. Vic also served as a certified executive coach to the more than 30 members of his chief executive groups. His work with Vistage can be summarized as having significantly helped many chief executives to become better leaders, who made better decision, and thereby achieved better results.
Vic left his Chair role with Vistage to join the Morningtown Group, LLC as its chief executive in late 2006.
Mr. Stemberger holds a BS in Business from The Ohio State University, and MBA and MA degrees from the University of Dayton, and an MS in Management from the National Defense University, Industrial College of the Armed Forces (Senior Service College). He has also completed the Organizational Development and Executive Coaching Certification programs at Georgetown University.
Ron Beltz

Ron sources project leads, formulates business and Information Technology solutions, and develops strong relationships with MTG customers.
Ron’s 30 years in business and Information Technology management include experience in various industries, including hospital & pharmacy applications development from 1977 to 1978, Systems and Communications Manager for a County Department of Education from 1978 to 1981, Director of Information Systems for a manufacturing company from 1981 to 1985, Technical Director for a team of over 700 management and programming consultants providing services to Fortune 500 companies, and diversified Account Management and Solutions Sales responsibilities for the past 18 years.
Dan Loder, CISSP, CCSE, CCNE
Senior Security Consultant
Dan has extensive experience in performing a wide variety of technical security assessments in a variety of industries, e.g., hospitals, financial, retail, and manufacturing, with very large networks, and with very large Information Technology organizations.
Dan has over eighteen years of experience in Information Security Consulting and Network Engineering, where he has worked with security and network infrastructure needs of both large and small organizations. He has demonstrated the ability to find the root problems in complex networks and help solve the problems. Dan has been performing risk assessments and gap analyses to assist organizations in complying with the regulatory standards and industry’s “best practices”.
Mr. Loder has a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Engineering, and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Checkpoint Security Engineer (CCSE), and a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
